Where can I find my booking?
 
You can refer to your Google Calendar to find any existing bookings, or to your confirmation email for a link to the booking.
Is this a face-to-face meeting or audio only?
 
You’ll be meeting our advisor on Google Meet. If you’re comfortable, you may keep your camera on.
Will the meeting be recorded?
 
If you provide consent, the meeting will be recorded for quality and training purposes. However, you may continue with the meeting even if you don’t provide consent to record.
Do I need to install an app before the call?
 
No install is needed - this will operate fine within a browser
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
 
To reschedule your appointment, you will need to cancel your existing appointment and book a new one. Although Shopify generally does not provide refunds, a refund may be issued at Shopify’s discretion if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time.
Do I need to install an app before the call?
 
No install is needed. You will be able to schedule an appointment within a browser, and the appointment will occur over Google Meet.
Will I be sent a link to the meeting?
 
After you’ve scheduled your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder about the call time. You will be sent a Google Meet appointment link. An Advisor will join the Meet at the time of your appointment. The appointment is exclusive for you and your organization.
Can I share my screen?
 
Yes, the appointment will be conducted over Google Meet, so you and the Advisor can both choose to share your screens. You may be requested to share your screen if the advisor feels they may be able to better serve you, but you are not required to do so.
How does an advisory appointment benefit my Shopify store?

How many appointments can I schedule with a Growth Advisor?
 
There is no limit to the number of appointments you can book.
Each appointment can provide personalized guidance, allowing you to discuss your specific challenges, receive tailored advice, and develop a roadmap to achieve your goals.
Can I discuss more than one topic during my appointment?
 
Yes, you are welcome to discuss multiple topics during your appointment. However, please keep in mind that our Growth Advisors dedicate preparation time to review your intake form and explore the best solutions for the issues you've noted. To make the most of your session, we recommend clearly outlining the topics and questions you wish to cover. This allows our Growth Advisors to prepare effectively and ensure a productive discussion tailored to your needs.
Can I get legal and tax advice?
 
Our Advisors cannot provide legal or tax advice. For guidance in these areas, we recommend consulting with a qualified legal or tax professional who can offer advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
How can I prepare for my appointment with a Growth Advisor to ensure I get the most value from them?
 
To make the most of your 1:1 time, come prepared with specific questions or challenges you want to address. Take some time to reflect on your business goals and areas where you need guidance.
